Twelve Tips for Keeping Your Holiday Season Sober and Joyous

The Holidays can be wonderful, but this time of year can also be difficult and stressful for many of us. Here are some helpful tips for staying sober and making the most of this time of year:

Meeting Guide App

Need to find a meeting near you? Download the AA World Services Meeting Guide today! It is a simple, useful tool for newcomers and old-timers alike. Meeting Guide is a free-of-charge meeting finder app for Android and iOS smartphones. This app syncs with information provided by over 400 AA service entities to provide up-to-date, standardized meeting information as well as daily readings, AA news, and other resources. This is an excellent resource to have, especially if our website is ever unavailable.

AA Literature

Want to learn more about AA? Reading AA Literature is one place to start. The buttons below provide direct links to the AA library of pamphlets covering a range of topics related to alcoholism and some of our commonly read books.

Common Meeting Readings

Here you’ll find downloadable PDFs of readings that are commonly read at meetings. These can be helpful if you need to print copies, find a reading quickly, or post in chat in an online or hybrid meeting.
